Responding to Error Messages
In the case of [q], is Camera Connect running?
Establish a connection using Camera Connect (p.36).
In the case of [l], is the power of the printer on?
Turn on the printer.
In the case of [D], is EOS Utility running?
Start EOS Utility and re-establish the connection (p.46).
Are the camera and the access point set to use the same 
encryption key for authentication?
This error occurs if the encryption keys do not match when the 
authentication method for encryption is set to [Open system].
The setting is case-sensitive, so check upper- and lower-case 
characters. Make sure that the correct encryption key for 
authentication is entered on the camera (p.71).
Is the power of the target device and access point on?
Turn on the target device and access point, then wait a while. If a 
connection still cannot be established, perform the procedures to 
establish the connection again.
