Remove factory kick panels and footrest.
• Remove the black plastic clip from the upper rear portion of the kick panel. These clips unscrew.
• Remove the color matched clip from the middle of the kick panel.
• Pull and slide the kick panel towards the door jam to release the mounting clips.
• Remove the factory kick panels form the vehicle.
• Unbolt and remove the factory footrest located on the driver's side.
• Remove the color matched clip from the middle of the kick panel.
• Pull and slide the kick panel towards the door jam to release the mounting clips.
• Remove the factory kick panels form the vehicle.
• Unbolt and remove the factory footrest located on the driver's side.
NOTE: Always check the fit of the Q-Forms into the vehicle before any cutting or modifications are done.
Preparing Q-Forms for Speaker Installation
• Cut the speaker holes into the Q-Forms before installing them into the vehicle.
• Install the speakers into the Q-Forms after they have been installed into the vehicle.
• Install speaker wiring and crossover network as per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Using a hole saw of correct size, position pilot drill on dimple at center of speaker mounting surface. A die grinder or

• Lay the supplied polyfil in and around the Q-forms cavity behind the speakers.
• Cut speaker mounting holes taking care as saw exits rear of panel.
• Secure speakers into locations by driving screws through speaker bezel and into mounting surface. Be careful to

center speakers in mounting surface to allow clearance for grill shell.
• Install tweeters as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Install New Q-Forms Kick Panels (Always predrill all mounting screw locations)
Driver's Side (make sure front edge of Q-Form is perfectly flush with factory threshold panel)

• Slide the Q-Forms kick panels into place.
• Secure the upper rear location of the panel with the previously removed black plastic clip.
• While securely holding the Q-Forms panel in place, fasten the location just below hood release with the supplied 1"

Truss head screw.
• Secure the bottom edge, below the speaker locations, with supplied 2" self tapping screw.
• Install speakers. Place tthe rubber "U" channel on the edge of the painted grill and press into the grill recess.

Passenger's Side (make sure front edge of Q-Form is perfectly flush with factory threshold panel)
• Slide the Q-Form kick panel into place.
• Secure the upper rear location of the panel with the previously removed black plastic clip.
• While securely holding the Q-Form in place, secure the upper front location with supplied 2" self-
tapping screw.
• Secure the bottom edge, below the speaker locations, with supplied 2" self tapping screw.
• Install speakers. Place tthe rubber "U" channel on the edge of the painted grill and press into the
grill recess.
Included Hardware:
• Secure the upper rear location of the panel with the previously removed black plastic clip.
• While securely holding the Q-Form in place, secure the upper front location with supplied 2" self-
tapping screw.
• Secure the bottom edge, below the speaker locations, with supplied 2" self tapping screw.
• Install speakers. Place tthe rubber "U" channel on the edge of the painted grill and press into the
grill recess.

(1) 1" truss head screw
(2) 6" x 8" polyfil pieces
(3) 2" self tapping screws
