– When shooting with [

File Format] set to [XAVC S HD] and [

 Record 

Setting] set to [120p 100M] or [100p 100M]

• Under the following conditions, an SDXC memory card of SD Speed 

Class 10:

 with a capacity of 64 GB or more or an SDXC memory card of 

UHS Speed Class 1: 

 or faster with a capacity of 64 GB or more is required 

(page 57).
– When shooting with [

 File Format] set to [XAVC S 4K] and [

 Record 

Setting] set to [30p 60M], [25p 60M] or [24p 60M]

– When shooting with [

 File Format] set to [XAVC S HD] and [

 Record 

Setting] set to other than [120p 100M] or [100p 100M]

– When shooting with [Movie/HFR] set to 

 (High Frame Rate)

• When [

 File Format] is set to [XAVC S 4K], [HDMI Info. Display] is 

temporarily set to [Off].

• When [

 File Format] is set to [XAVC S 4K] and the camera is connected to an 

HDMI device for movie recording, the picture will not be displayed on the monitor.

• When [

 File Format] is set to [XAVC S 4K] and the camera is connected to an 

HDMI device, [Smile/Face Detect.] and [Center Lock-on AF] are temporarily set to 
[Off].

Records XAVC S movies in 4K resolution (24p/30p/25p). This 
format supports a higher bit-rate than AVCHD or MP4.
Audio: LPCM

Records XAVC S movies (24p/30p/25p/60p/50p/120p/100p). 
This format supports a higher bit-rates than AVCHD or MP4.
Audio: LPCM

Records AVCHD movies (60i/50i/24p/25p/60p/50p).
This format is suitable for viewing movies on a high definition 
TV.
Audio: Dolby Digital

Records MP4 (AVC) movies. This format is suitable for WEB 
uploads, e-mail attachments, etc.
Audio: AAC
