Computer Monitor
Problem

The image on your monitor is 
jagged or inappropriately 
colored.
Monitor is not set 
correctly.
Adjust your monitor 
display settings. See 
“Monitor Adjustment” 
on page 9-1.
Memory Card
Problem
Cause
Solution
The DC200/DC210 does not 
recognize your memory card.
The memory card may 
not be ATA 
compatible.
Memory cards must be 
ATA compatible to 
work with the camera.
The memory card may 
contain compression 
or stacker software.
Reformat any memory 
cards that contain 
compression or 
stacker software. 
Refer to the memory 
card’s user’s guide or 
see “Format Memory 
Card” on page 4-10 
for instructions on 
reformatting the card.
