This chapter will help you diagnose and solve some common problems from 

hand book. 

Warnings 

Do not attempt to repair the device for yourself, if you do this, HuaCe will 

irresponsible for warranting repair. 

Question: hand-book can not boot 

Possible Causes 

Solutions 

The battery is dead 

Change the new and fully charged battery 

Battery wafer does not contact 

with battery correctly 

Use pliers to adjust the battery wafer in order to make battery 

contact correctly 

Question：hand book cannot connect with computer 

Possible Causes 

Solutions 

Data cable is damaged 

Please change other data lines and retry 

Driver problem 

Please check the device manager in case of unknown device 

in there, and then right click to re-update the drive 

Question：Hand book can not enter the system 

Possible Causes 

Solutions 

System damage 

Contact your local salers to re-update the hand book system   

Install unknown software 

Remove the user data in hand book and re-install the land star 

software 

Question：WiFi or Bluetooth cannot search receiver
