Download platform_download.txt to the inactive partition.
The inactive partition is the one that is not selected under System Reset (A or B). Browse for
the file in the text box of the inactive partition, A or B, and then select the Download to
Version… button.

Download iden_download.txt to the inactive partition.

Under System Reset, select the inactive partition and then select the Reset System button.
Wait for the download to complete successfully, which may take several minutes.

Verify the Software Download

Select the Software Version Information link on the Software Configuration page

Review the SW Versions A and SW Versions B to make sure the latest software is loaded in
the correct partition.
