1. The TI and NI are monitored continuously.

3.3.9 Prioritized Audio Messages functionality
The prioritized audio messages (e.g. navigation information from GPS) functionality does not have an
own state. It uses the active session to transmit the info to the receiver(s). The NI becomes active
