IR Send_Receive: Runs infrared communication using the Object
Exchange Protocol (OBEX). The OBEX feature for Microsoft Windows
CE.NET provides an efficient, compact binary protocol that enables a
wide range of devices to exchange data spontaneously in a simple,
efficient way. This feature works over the Infrared Data Association
(IrDA) protocols. DOT 400 can communicate with the desktop PC,
note book, pocket PC, and other PDA which has OBEX protocol for
IrDA communication.
