Ok I think I looked really good this time, and below are the admin issues:
1. Label - If the label info was inscribed into the device where you were showing the location, the
photo was too dark to be able to see the detail. Please submit a clearer photo, or if you are using
a separate label and maybe just forgot to attach, please send that.

3. 15.21 statement - I looked good, I thought, and I didn't find this in the manual.
4. Test report - The FCC ID on the front of this reads FCC ID:XXX94572000602. So we don't
have any confusion with the FCC, please revise this front page and send that revised page or
