1.  The module is limited to OEM installation only. 
2.  The OEM integrator is responsible for that the end-user has no manual 

instructions to remove or install the module. 

3.  The module is limited to installation in mobile or fixed applications, 

according to part 2.1091(b). 

4.  Separate approval is required for all other operating configurations, 

including portable configurations with respect to part 2.1093 and different 
antenna configurations. 

5.  Labeling instructions of finished products must contain the following

The OEM/ integrator must include the following instructions/statements in 
the host user’s manual (i.e. end product). 
 

1.  Statement is required per FCC part 15.19 and 15.21. 
2.  End users must be provided with transmitters/antenna installation 

requirement and operating conditions for satisfactory RF exposure 
compliance: 

  A separate section should clearly state “FCC RF exposure 

requirements”  

  Required operations conditions for end users 
  Antenna /or transmitter installation requirement, where 

relevant
