Using the Interval Function

4-2 Setting interval conditions

You can set the length and a number of times to repeat a set of sprints and rests from 
[Interval] in [Settings].

  Press   to display the [Menu].

  Use   /   to highlight [Settings], and then press  .

The [Settings] function selection screen is displayed.

  Use   /   to highlight [Interval], and then press  .

The [Sprint Setting] screen is displayed.
