To install or upgrade the Neon software, simply double-click on the installation package. The installer

If a prior version of the Neon software is installed on your computer, the installer will first uninstall the
old version of Neon leaving any existing log files intact. However, an upgrade will not leave any mapping
or system configuration changes intact. Export your mapping data and configuration/references data

5.1.3 Licensing
It is important for you to read and understand the Neon license prior to operation of the system. Please

The Neon Command Software uses one or two license keys. The Neon License key activates the Neon
Command Software on your computer. If you are using Bing Maps for your base map layer then your
software will use a second license key for Bing Maps.
