During the call, the display shows the caller alias (name), if it 
is in the call list.
OR
During the call, the display shows the caller ID (number), if 
the caller’s name is not in the call list.

Press and hold the PTT button to talk. Release the PTT 
button to listen.

or the Call Response button to hang up and 
return to the Home screen.

Receiving and Responding to a Telephone Call 
(Trunking Only)
This feature allows you to receive calls similar to standard 
phone calls from a landline phone.
Note:
The radio automatically exits the feature, if the feature 
inactivity timer is enabled, when the radio is left idle 
and the timer expires. You will hear the Menu Inactive 
Exit Tone upon feature exit.
Procedure:
Use the preprogrammed Call Response button to answer a 
Telephone Call:

You hear a telephone-type ringing and the LED blinks green. 
The backlight of the screen and the bar turns green. The 
display shows Phone Call and the call received icon blinks.
