Q: What if I cannot onboard the Wi-Fi Smart Light
Bulb?
A: a. The Light Bulb does not support 5GHz wireless
networks. Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz
network.
b. Ensure that the Light Bulb and cell phone are
connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
c. Ensure you have entered the correct password in
quick configuration.
d. Reset the device and conduct onboarding again.
Q: How can I reset the Smart Light Bulb?
A: Ensure that the Light Bulb is connected to power.
Toggle the Wi-Fi Smart Light Bulb off then on 4 times
at a 1 second interval. When the Light Bulb’s color
returns to light purple, it means it has successfully
reset.

2. Do not use near a flammable, explosive, or corrosive
environment.
