One-Year Limited Warranty
Social Bicycles (SoBi) warrants to the first purchaser that, during the Term, the
Products shall materially conform to SoBi’s published specifications as of the
date such Products are ordered (subject to fulfillment of Customer’s obliga-
tions of care and use) for twelve (12) months from the delivery date in the case
of the Controller and all other components and accessories of the Product.

has suffered through normal wear and tear, alteration, improper installa-
tion, physical abuse, misuse, neglect or accident. Nor does it cover defects
caused by shipment to a SoBi service center, or repair or service of the
product by anyone other than a SoBi service center. The warranty excludes
damage caused by accidents, misuse, weather events, vandalism, neglect,
and improper maintenance. From time to time, SoBi may implement a man-
datory upgrade to the Controllers, in which case the replacement Control-
lers will be furnished at no additional charge to Customer.
