Instructions for Use 

If the garment is either too tight or loose in the waist, then adjust the 
waist band.

First disengage the cam buckles and then unzip the garment.

1.  Measure from point 

A to B, see the figure under “Size Guide

2.  Measure the circumference around point 

C of the ribs.
