 Cat5 KVM Switch offers a tremendous amount of flexibility. With dual 

console control, administrators can work at a second location if the need arises, and can share the 

same video and keyboard/mouse control with the local console. Additionally, flexibility is inherent 

in the cabling technology. Not only are Cat5e/6 cables relatively inexpensive, they can provide 

connection distances of up to 100 meters (330 feet) enabling you to manage your data center 

from locations throughout the building. 

Corporate data centers are becoming increasingly cluttered with cables, and the conventional KVM combo cables 

just add to the problem. With the new Cat5 KVM products, thinner, less expensive and more flexible cables enter

password protection, firmware upgrade, daisy-chaining (cascading) and the ability to disable/enable the
