The benefits of fiber optic networks can be fully used only if the
fiber optic cable is installed up to the subscriber’s desk (Fiber To
The Desk). Network installations via FO cables require plugable,
repeatable at constant function and robust connections
between the cables installed in the channel and the subscriber
cables. The adaptors have to be safely fixed and protected in a
wall outlet or in a floor tank in a way that the connected plugs
can be easily connected and disconnected as well as to ensure
fiber optic cable is installed up to the subscriber’s desk (Fiber To

bending radius limiting should be available. For simple outlets
containing covers and adapter carriers these requirements are
not fullfilled.

FO Outlets OAD/K
This outlet for max. 2 subscribers has been developed
especially for installation into cable ducts. The extrem
flat design as well as the subscriber connections facing
downwards, with integrated dust cover, offer a safe function
in office environment. Installation into all common ducts
with top hat rails can be carried out in vertical or horizontal
