This unit is designed for indoor environments, you might violate local

  regulatory requirements by setting up this unit in outdoor environments.

  802.11n  specifications. Actual data throughput will vary. Network 
 conditions and environmental factors, including volume of network
 traffic, building materials and construction, and network overhead,
  lower actual data throughput rate. 
  Environmental factors will adversely affect wireless signal range.

The  DAP-2360  Wireless  N  PoE  Access  Point  with  Plenum-rated  Chassis  is  ideal  for
any  network  administrator  to  create  or  expand  the  capacity  of  a  wireless  network.
This  Access  Point  can  be  used  in  high-traffic  areas  such  as  airports,  coffee  shops,
shopping  centers,  sporting  venues,  and  university  campus  deployments.  Users  are
able to connect, at transfer rates of up to 300 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz frequency range,
with legacy 802.11b/g adapters as well as the latest 802.11n adapters to enjoy faster
downloads and instant communication.

The  DAP-2360  allows  network  administrators  to  deploy  a  highly  manageable  and
extremely robust 802.11n wireless network. The included antennas are detachable

and provide optimal wireless coverage in the 2.4 GHz (802.11g and 802.11n) band
which is specifically designed to reduce dead spots and increase capacity. Enclosed
in a white plenum-rated metal chassis, the DAP-2360 easily blends into ceilings or
walls  and  adheres  to  fire  regulations  for  placement  in  air  passageways.  For
advanced  installations,  this  high-speed  Access  Point  has  integrated  802.3af  Power
over Ethernet (PoE), making installation easy in areas where power outlets are not
readily available.
 

The  DAP-2360  delivers  reliable  wireless  performance  with  maximum  wireless
signal  rates  of  up  to  300  Mbps  in  the  2.4  GHz  wireless  band.  This,  coupled  with
support  for  Wi-Fi  Multimedia  (WMM™)  and  Quality  of  Service  (QoS)  features,
makes it an ideal Access Point for audio, video, and voice applications. Additionally,
the  DAP-2360  supports  load  balancing  features  to  ensure  maximum  performance
by managing the maximum number of users per Access Point.
