In addition to all the great

things Mr. Bar-B-Q has

worked on this year, we

unfortunately lost a very

dear member of our

family, as well.

Mr. Z, as he was

affectionately known,

passed away on

March 21, 2011.

He built Mr. Bar-B-Q from

the ground up into the

successful business it is

today and we all strive

to keep his memory

alive and ensure that his

legacy continues.

We miss you, Mr. Z.
