DESCRIPTION:
This document describes ValueRAM's 8M x 64-bit (64MB) SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM)
memory module. The components on this module include eight 4M x 16-bit
(2M x 16-bit x 2 Bank / PC66 components) 4K Refresh SDRAM in TSOP packages. This 144-
pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +3.3V. The electrical and mechanical specifi-
cations are as follows:
