Type 3 in menu 24.3 to open Menu 24.3.3 - Accounting Server. This menu allows you to 
activate and configure an accounting server.

Dir = Call Direction 1: Incoming call 2: Outgoing call
Remote Call = a string type which represents as the remote call number
