BE 6000 supports the option to upgrade existing UCL licenses to more advanced UCL licenses (Table 11) and 

migrate from a UCL license to a UWL license (Table 12). 

Note:   You should order upgrade or migration licenses in separate line items other than add-on licenses and 
software starter bundles, but you can have mulitple upgrade and migration licenses in one line item.

Note:   UCSS service for 3 years is required to migrate from UCL to UWL. To migrate from a Basic user license to 
Cisco UWL, you need to migrate the Basic license to Enhanced first (BE6K-UCL-BAS2ENH), and then migrate to 

Cisco UWL (BE6K-UWL-CMAPPS2BE). 

When you order new Cisco Business Edition 6000 systems, you have the option to add Cisco Unified Contact 

Center Express Promotional Bundles for 5, 10, or 25 Enhanced seats or 10 or 25 Premium seats. You can now 

select a single part number for 5, 10, or 25 seats of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Enhanced or 10 or 25 

seats of Premium. The single partner number includes the operating system, database, Cisco Unified Contact 

Center Express media kit, and the required product activation key (PAK) at a promotional price (Table 13).
