B500R Main Features
Functionality
The B500R incorporates a smart, adjustable dot matrix
LCD display with an intuitive menu system so that all
parameters can be viewed directly from the UPS. Also
included is advanced monitoring and shutdown
software, which can be installed on all connected load
devices and as such maximises battery runtime as
different devices can be shutdown at varying battery
capacity levels.
Borri’s software does not require any supplementary
licences and is compatible with a multitude of
operating systems including Windows, Linux, IBM and
HP and as well as virtualised platforms such as VMware
ESX 3.5, 4.0, 4.1 and VMware ESXi 4.0, 4.1, 5.0, 5.1.

The Borri NMC option enables the UPS
to be monitored and controlled over
the LAN, the UPS has its own dedicated
IP address, which can then send SNMP
traps or email warnings over the

IEC Outlets
The B500R has a number IEC C13 and
C19 outputs (model dependant) in
addition to a hardwired terminal
output. If the user requests the plug ‘n’
play option the UPS can be installed
without the need for an electrician.
