Order requirements: 
In order to ensure the functionality of the cash cassettes and cash drawers at the 
checkout different hardware components are required. Please note the following when 
placing orders:  
1. If a cash cassette or drawer needs to be electrically connected to a checkout,  
you will need the following components: 



 

A cash cassette or drawer of your choice 



 

A release unit (for cash drawers) or a base (for cash cassettes) with the correct 
voltage (12V, 24V or 36V) 



 

A suitable connection cable 



 

Other component parts/options e.g. coin cups, security lock, etc. 

For information on which connection cable and option is suitable for which cash cas-
sette or drawer, see chapter “Component parts and options” on p. 14 and chapter 
“Connection cable” on p. 18.  

2. If the cash cassette or drawer is intended to be opened manually and not electrical-
ly, you will not need a connection cable.
