1.3 SUBMITTALS
A.Submit under provisions of Section 01300.
B.Product Data: Manufacturer's data sheets on each product to be used, including:
1.Preparation instructions and recommendations.
2.Storage and handling requirements and recommendations.
3.Installation methods.
C.Shop Drawings: Shop drawings indicating details of construction and installation including but not limited to:
1.Location of wiring connections.
2.Anchorage details.
D.Warranty: At project closeout, provide an executed copy of the manufacturer's standard limited warranty against
 manufacturing defect, outlining its terms, conditions and exclusions from coverage.
1.4 QUALITY ASSURANCE
A.Manufacturer Qualifications: Company specializing in manufacturing products specified in this section with minimum
five years documented experience.
B.Installer Qualifications: Company specializing in performing work of this section with minimum three years documented
 experience.
C.Mock-Up: Provide a mock-up for evaluation of clearances, installation techniques and workmanship.
1.Locate in areas designated by the Architect.
2.Do not proceed with remaining work until workmanship is approved by the Architect.
3.Rework mock-up area as required to produce acceptable work.
4.Accepted mock-ups shall be comparison standard for remaining work.
1.5 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING
A.Deliver, store and handle materials and products in strict compliance with manufacturer's instructions and
recommendations and industry standards. Protect from damage.
B.Store products in manufacturer's labeled packaging until ready for installation.
1.6 PROJECT CONDITIONS
A.Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity and ventilation) within limits recommended by 
manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's
absolute limits.
1.7 WARRANTY
A.Limited Lifetime Warranty: Premier Mounts warrants all mounting solutions products to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original installation of the product.
1.At the sole option of Premier Mounts, Premier Mounts will repair or replace any product or product part that
is defective. If Premier Mounts chooses to replace a defective product or part, a replacement product or part will be
shipped at no charge, but related labor costs may not be covered.
2.Limitations: Premier Mounts disclaims any liability for damage to mounts, adapters, displays, projectors,
 other property, or personal injury resulting, in whole or in part, from improper installation, modification, use or misuse of
its products. Premier Mounts disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. Premier Mounts is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including
