after  remote  diagnosis*  offers  a  3-6  day  mail  in  repair  option  for  defects  in  materials 
and workmanship in your PC (expedited shipping included).  

– Accidents happen. For those instances where your XPS system 

has been exposed to unintentional damage caused by liquid spills, electrical surges, or 
drops, Dell Accidental Damage offers you peace of mind to repair or replace your XPS 
18, not included in the limited hardware warranty.*
