13.3.2 ELECTRICAL WIRING FOR INDOOR UNIT

WARNING:
–

The appliance must be earthed

–

Remove the front panel and electrical cover to expose
the electrical box in the indoor unit.

–

Insert the connecting cord from the bottom of the unit.

–

Fix the wire firmly to the terminal.

RAK-18PSA/RAK-25PSA/RAK-35PSA

RAK-18PSAN/RAK-25PSAN/RAK-35PSAN

Remove the terminal cover and screw , hold the upper
part when removing. Then remove the lower cover.

Connect the connecting cord with and fix with cord
band

Applicable models :

RAK-25PXA/RAK-35PXA/RAK-50PXA

Pull the cover ① and ②in the directions as shown by
arrows to remove the cover.

Applicable Models :

RAF-25PXA/RAF-35PXA/RAF-50PXA

WARNING:
–

Leave some space in the connecting cord for
maintenance purpose and be sure to secure it with the
cord band.

–

Secure the connecting cord along the coated part of
the wire using the cord band. Do not exert pressure on
the wire as this may cause overheating of fire

Connection of connecting cord

After remove the screw and cover , and
put the connecting cords and fix the
cover with screw

Connect the
earth cord

After remove the screw
and cover, and put the
connecting cords and fix
the cover with screws

Securely screw in the connecting
cord so that it will not get loose or
disconnect.
Tightening torque reference value:
1.2 ~ 1.6Nm (12~16kgf.cm)
Excessive tightening may damage
the interior of the cord requiring
replacement
