Compressor fail to start. 
Check wire continuity and 
disconnection connector.

Outdoor fan motor abnormal due to:

Fan stop due to strong wind.

Something blocking the fan.
3.
Fan motor broken.
4.
Fan motor driver circuit broken.
Replace outdoor 
P.W.Bs. (RL3 or Q601 
abnormal)
Remove the 
unnecessary 
thing. If 
found fan is 
abnormal, 
replace the 
fan motor.
Wait till wind become weak then 
restart again the unit.
Check whether fan 
motor connector 
disconnect.
Check if thermistor wire disconnector 
or short.
Does the wind strong? 
Reconfirm again after 
restart the unit.
Is there is an 
abnormalities with the 
outdoor fan motor.
Not a defect of 
fan motor or 
outdoor electrical 
assembly.
