Its varied applications turn the tiptel

570 office into a modern communication

switchboard for your office. A flash

memory chip is integrated for voice

messages and OGMs.

It has a 120 minute capacity and produ-

ces a professional business card on your

telephone through its clear playback.

When callers leave personal messages

a mailbox system informs individuals in

the company by voicemail or SMS.

Alternatively the mailbox system can

also be used simply to provide infor-

mation, which the caller selects using

the telephone keypad.

Numerous connections

There is a connection for a foot pedal so

that many messages or longer dictations

can be listened to comfortably on a daily

basis. A headset can be connected so

that colleagues are not disturbed when

replaying messages. After starting call

back by pressing a button, the headset

can also be used for calls. A separate

alarm input to a monitoring system or a

push button can be connected so as to

create a silent alarm for emergencies

by telephone. Audio connections are

available to transfer and archive voice

data. 

Teamwork with the PC

Operation is always simple and clear,

thanks to the large graphics screen and

menu features. It is even easier with a

PC, for which the tiptel 570 office has a

USB connection. All SMS messages

received can be transferred to or sent

from the PC.
