On top of that, the innovative LANCOM access points of the E series enables a professional WLAN
coverage combined with the wireless update of these radio-controlled, battery-powered displays.
The update of LANCOM Wireless ePaper Displays is based on an innovative radio technology with
extremely low power consumption. With this world’s first innovation and the active prevention of
interferences in the radio field, a battery lifetime of 5 – 7 years is enabled (at four changes per day
on average). LANCOM Wireless ePaper Displays guarantee a flicker-free view from any angle. Hence
all contents are perfectly readable in ambient light. The management and monitoring of the Wireless
ePaper Displays takes place via the powerful LANCOM Wireless ePaper Server including interfaces
(API) for the connection to calendar management and ERP systems.
