Alzando la leva che comanda il pistone,
all’interno del gruppo, si ottiene la pre-
infusione, l’erogazione dell’espresso
avviene abbassando la leva, dosando
opportunamente la pressione sulla
stessa si ha uno sfruttamento ottimale
delle polveri di caffè e l’erogazione di
espressi personalizzati per tutti i gusti.
By lifting the lever one raises a piston
inside the group, allowing water under
pressure to infuse the coffee in the
filter holder. The lever is then lowered,
causing the piston to force the water
through the coffee into the cup. The
user therefore can vary the speed at
which the water passes through the
coffee, ensuring it is made exactly
according to his own requirements.
En soulevant le levier qui commande
le piston à l’interieur du groupe, on
obtient la pré-infusion: le café est
débité en abaissant le levier; en dosant
oppor tunement la pression de ce
dernier, on a une exploitation optimale
des poudres de café et le débit de
