True 1200dpi print resolution
When it comes to communicating
your ideas on the printed page, it’s
the details that make all the
difference. And with 1200 x 1200
dpi resolution, you gain exactly the level of precision
needed to capture all the details of your material. Canon’s
Automatic Image Refinement technology and super-fine
toner ensure that even the smallest print stays legible, and
that business graphics are clearly reproduced with subtle
greys. The LBP-1000 features standard PCL6 emulation plus
an optional Adobe

capability.
Consistent 10ppm output
Whether you’re printing out a letter, report, or invoice, the
LBP-1000 reliably generates A4-size text documents at
10ppm speed. The printer also offers quick processing to
users working on Windows® 98, Windows® 95, or
Windows® NT platforms, to maximize efficiency when
more complicated jobs are sent to the printer. Backing up
this steady production is a standard 250-sheet paper
cassette, a Multi-Purpose Tray (for diverse media), and an
optional 250 sheet PF-32
Paper Feed Unit.
In line with the objective of expanding the scope of our philanthropic activities over the next five years, we wish
to submit the following proposal for establishing a fund to support research in the fields of paleontology and
oceanography. The aim of the fund will be to provide financial assistance to groups of students conducting
coordinated research projects in these fields, as chosen through a competitive proposal review process. The
recipients will be awarded the resources they need for project development, instrument acquisition, training,
and other research-specific requirements. A basic condition of the fund will be the completion and publication
of research results; in addition, the recipients will be encouraged to give non-formal presentations of their work
at local schools and community groups. In this proposal, we will cover the major details related to the
implementation and administration of such a fund; these descriptions will be prefaced by our remarks on why
the research areas mentioned above were selected as the focus of funding.

As there have been a number of quantitative analyses
commissioned over the past six months focusing on the
performance of each division, we now have the
opportunity to attempt a more global view of our current
situation, by integrating the results of these various
isolated surveys into a comprehensive status report.
The statistics displayed on this page are those figures
most pertinent to the discussion in the first section of
our report, which considers new guidelines for
evaluating resource allocation among the six project
groups. These graphic representations are provided as
an aid to understanding a key concept in these new
guidelines, namely non-autonomous profitability
determinants. Please make use of this page in your
perusal of the attached PDF file.
