Perform the following trouble-shooting steps before 

sending it for servicing. For more information, please 

refer to support.creative.com
The Creative Airwave cannot be powered on. What 

●

 

Ensure that there is enough battery power on the 

speaker. 

●

 

Attach USB power via a USB port (from a computer 

or Laptop) and attempt to power it on again.

●

 

The internal battery may be depleted. Attach USB 

power via computer or Laptop and charge for about 1 

hour before attempting to power it ON again. 

●

 

Ensure that your Bluetooth enabled device supports 

A2DP profile. Refer to its user’s manual on how to 

enable (turn on) the Bluetooth functions and its 

capabilities.

You may also try the following:

●

 

Delete the Creative Airwave name entry from your 

Bluetooth device paired memory list and perform the 

steps in PAIR IT (NFC pairing or Manual pairing) to 

re-pair your device with Creative Airwave.

●

 

Ensure that both your Bluetooth device and Creative 

Airwave are not connected to any other devices.

●

 

On some Bluetooth device, you may need to select 

Creative Airwave as your default output device after 

pairing is complete**. In the event of the appearance 

of two Creative Airwave instances, select the one 

with the “Stereo” label as music output and the other 

for voice communications. 

●

 

Ensure that NFC is turned on for your device. For 

information on how to turn on NFC, please consult 

the documentation found on your NFC enabled 

device.

●

 

Ensure that both your NFC enabled device is not 

connected to any other Bluetooth devices and that 

the Creative Airwave is not connected to any 

Bluetooth device and try again.

●

 

Update your NFC enabled Bluetooth device firmware 

to the latest and try the above 2 steps again.

  ** With some built-in Bluetooth enabled computers, 

3rd party USB Bluetooth dongles or other devices, 

you may be required to manually specify/set-up 

the audio output as Creative Airwave. (eg, under 

sound and audio devices section on your 

computer’s settings) Please consult your 

manufacturer’s documentation for further 

information.

●

  Voice Prompts cannot be disabled on the Airwave.

●

  Please ensure that there are no Bluetooth devices  

  connected to the speaker and that the aux-in  

  does not have a cable attached to it.

Vous pouvez également essayer de procéder comme 

suit :

Supprimez l'entrée Creative Airwave dans 

l'historique de couplage de votre périphérique 

Bluetooth et suivez les étapes de la section 

COUPLEZ (couplage NFC ou couplage Manuel) afin 

de coupler à nouveau votre périphérique au Creative 

Airwave.

●

 

Vérifiez que votre périphérique Bluetooth et que le 

Creative Airwave ne sont connectés à aucun autre 

périphérique.

●

 

Sur certains périphériques Bluetooth, vous pouvez 

être obligé de sélectionner Creative Airwave comme 

périphérique de sortie par défaut une fois le 

couplage terminé**. En cas d'apparition de deux 

instances de Creative Airwave, sélectionnez celle 

qui est libellée “Stereo” comme sortie musicale et 

l'autre pour les communications vocales.

Vérifiez que NFC est activé pour votre périphérique.

Bluetooth compatible NFC, puis tentez à nouveau

Creative Airwave non si accende. Cosa posso fare?

●

 

Assicurarsi che la batteria dell’altoparlante sia 

sufficientemente carica.

●

 

Collegare l'alimentatore USB mediante una porta 

USB (da un computer o laptop) e provare ad 

accenderlo di nuovo.

●

 

La batteria interna potrebbe essere scarica.  

Collegare l’alimentatore USB mediante computer o 

laptop e caricarla per circa 1 ora prima di provare ad

Eliminare la voce con il nome Creative Airwave 

dall'elenco di memorie sincronizzate del dispositivo 

Bluetooth  e seguire i passi in SINCRONIZZAZIONE 

(sincronizzazione NFC o sincronizzazione manuale) 

per risincronizzare il dispositivo con Creative 

Airwave.

Assicurarsi che entrambi i dispositivi Bluetooth e 

Creative Airwave non siano collegati ad altri 

dispositivi

De Creative Airwave kan niet worden ingeschakeld. 

●

 

Controleer of de batterij van de luidspreker 

voldoende opgeladen is.

●

 

Sluit de stroom aan via de USB-poort (van een 

computer of laptop) en probeer de stroom opnieuw in 

te schakelen.

●

 

De interne batterij kan volledig leeg zijn. Sluit de 

stroom aan via USB via de computer of laptop en 

laad ongeveer gedurende een uur op vooraleer 

opnieuw te proberen de stroom in te schakelen.

●

 

Controleer of uw Bluetooth compatibele apparaat het 

A2DP-profiel ondersteunt. Raadpleeg de 

gebruikershandleiding voor informatie over het 

inschakelen van de Bluetooth functies en 

-mogelijkheden.

U kunt ook het volgende proberen:

●

 

Verwijder de invoer Creative Airwave uit de 

geheugenlijst van koppelingen van uw Bluetooth 

apparaat en voer de stappen uit in KOPPELEN 

MAAR (Koppelen via NFC of Handmatig koppelen) 

om uw apparaat opnieuw te koppelen met Creative 

Airwave.

●

 

Controleer dat zowel uw Bluetooth apparaat en 

Creative Airwave niet verbonden zijn met enige 

andere apparaten

●

 

Op sommige Bluetooth apparaten moet u na het tot 

stand brengen van de koppeling mogelijk de 

Creative Airwave als standaarduitvoerapparaat 

selecteren**. In het geval dat er twee Creative 

Airwave-instanties verschijnen, selecteer degene 

met het label "Stereo" als muziekuitvoer en de 

andere voor spraakcommunicatie.

●

 

Verzeker dat NFC is ingeschakeld op uw apparaat. 

Voor meer informatie over het inschakelen van NFC, 

gelieve de documentatie te raadplegen van uw 

NFC-compatibele apparaat.

●

 

Controleer dat zowel uw NFC-compatibele apparaat 

niet is verbonden met enige andere 

Bluetooth-apparaten en dat de Creative Airwave niet 

is verbonden met enig Bluetooth-apparaat en 

probeer opnieuw.

●

 

Update de firmware van uw NFC-compatibele 

Bluetooth-apparaat en probeer de twee 

bovenstaande stappen opnieuw.

  ** Bij sommige computers met ingebouwde 

Bluetooth, USB Bluetooth dongles of andere 

apparaten van andere fabrikanten, moet u 

mogelijk de audio-uitvoer handmatig 

opgeven/instellen als Creative Airwave (bv. onder 

de sectie voor hardware en geluiden in het 

besturingssysteem van uw computer). Raadpleeg 

de handleiding van de fabrikant voor verdere 

informatie.

●

  Gesproken aanwijzingen kunnen niet worden 

uitgeschakeld op de Airwave.

●

  Controleer go er geen Bluetooth apparaten met de 

luidspreker zijn verbonden en dat er geen kabel is 

aangesloten op aux-in.
