L CHG‐81B Rapid Charger 
 

DESCRIPTIONS 
The L CHG‐81B is designed for quick charging for BT FR80 / BT FR80LI. there is one charging LED 
indicator with triple colors in front of charger. 

 
The LED indicator ON with "Green" when the adapter is powered. The LED indicator turns "Red" 
when the rechargeable battery or radio‐with‐battery is dropped into charger slot. When LED 

indicator turns "Green" with flashing, the battery are ready for use. There are other Led indicator 
to show abnormal status(Refer to "CAUTION").

Charging time about 2 hours with 1350mAh battery 

 

WARNING 
1. Don't disassemble this case. 

2. Don't use with other rechargeable battery pack. 

3. Turn the power off if not use. 
4. Keep as far away from inflammables. 

 

FIGURE DESCRIPTION 
1. Power the adapter. (The indicator turn "Green") 

2. Drop rechargeable battery or radio‐with‐battery into the charger slot. (The indicator turn "Red") 

3. Battery are ready for use. (The indicator turn "Green" with flash) 
 
✽The LED shows orange if the battery's temperature is too high or low when transceiver is 

dropped into charger. However, the charger will automatically start charging after temperature 
turns to normal. 
 
✽After 30 min from fully‐charged, if battery capacity becomes low because of 

receiving/transmitting while in charger slot, radio will get automatic re‐charging.

Normal 

Green ON: Standby to Charging 
Red ON: Charging 
Green flash: Charge complete
