Important Information Concerning the Use of the PICkit 3 programmer/Debugger
Due to the special nature of the PICkit 3 programmer/debugger, the user is advised that 
it can generate higher than normal levels of electromagnetic radiation which can 
interfere with the operation of all kinds of radio and other equipment.
To comply with the European Approval Regulations therefore, the following restrictions 
must be observed:
1.
The development system must be used only in an industrial (or comparable) 
area.
2.
The system must not be operated within 20 meters of any equipment which may 
be affected by such emissions (radio receivers, TVs etc.).
