unit and secondary unit (C/R, L/R only). This measurement is the 
second measurement displayed after measurements have been 
started.

Secondary Over indicates that the secondary measurement exceeds 
the measurement range of the LCR meter. Applicable for C/R & 
L/R equivalent circuits with the display set to Value.
