SP2600A instantly and cost-effectively improves applications response, server reliability, and network scalability. 
Boost network throughput tenfold, simply by installing SP2600A into a server on your existing Fast Ethernet 
network backbone. The advanced server features, included free, add still more to LAN performance.
The SP2600A offers the highest data transfer method available 
between a network and a server for high performance and low CPU utilization. The SP2600A operates in 32- or 
64-bit PCI slots and uses bus-mastering technology to maximize throughput and minimize CPU utilization.  
Delivering network speed up to 2000 Mbps (full-duplex), the adapter brings ample bandwidth to servers. On-
board verification of IP headers and TCP/UDP checksums for received data through built-in Chip-Level Internet 
Protocol (CLIP) offloads the server's overheads, making more of the server processing power available for the 
applications.
