Before installing memory, ensure that the memory you have is compatible with the 
motherboard and processor. Only DDR2-533/667 FB-DIMM modules are required. Check 
the TYAN Web site at:

for details of the type of memory 

recommended for your motherboard.

Key points to note before installing memory: 

• Only 

DDR2 533/667 FB-DIMM ECC memory modules are supported. 

• 

All installed memory will automatically be detected and no jumpers or settings 
need changing. 

• 

The S5393 supports up to 64

GB of memory. 

* 64GB not verified at time of print
