An appointment is signalled with the 

selected ringtone (page 39) . The appoint-

ment reminder sounds for 60 seconds. It 

will display the entered text, date and time.
During a call, the appointment reminder is 

only signalled by a short tone.

You have the following options:

View selected appointments,

 Open menu to edit, delete and 

activate/deactivate.

Edit selected appointment.

Delete selected appointment.

Activate/deactivate selected appoint-

ment.

Delete all appointments.

Precondition: An appointment reminder 

is sounding.

 

Press the display key to switch 

off the appointment reminder.

Or:

 

Press display key to answer the 

appointment reminder with 

an SMS.

Missed appointments/anniversaries 

(page 21) are displayed in the  

 list if: 

u You do not accept an appointment/

anniversary.

u The appointment/anniversary was sig-

nalled during a phone call.

u The handset is deactivated at the time 

of the appointment/anniversary

u Automatic last number redial was acti-

vated at the time of the appointment/

anniversary (page 22).

The most recent entry is at the start of the 

list.
If there is a new appointment/anniversary 

in the list, the display shows 

. 

Pressing the display key will also open the 

 list. 

To open the list from the menu:

Select appointment/

anniversary.

Information about the 

appointment/anniversary is 

displayed. A missed appoint-

ment is displayed with the 

appointment name and a 

missed anniversary is dis-

played with the last name and 

first name. The date and time 

will also be given. 

Delete appointment

Write an SMS.

If 10 entries are already stored in the list, 

the oldest entry will be deleted to make 

way for the next appointment reminder.
