standard version
A
Special version: remove cover
Cut off release tab of RJ 45 plug
Slide the bushing over the connector onto
the cable.
Put the suitable boot on the cable:
D1 for cable O.D.
5mm (0.2”)
D2 for cable O.D.
8mm (0.3”)
Put chuck onto the cable.
Standard version:
Position the ring on the cable end
.
Special version:
Slide the connector into the housing.
Slide the chuck in the housing
Slide the bushing and boot to the housing
and tighten the bushing.
Close the seal of the boot
(flush to the face)
If applicable press the adapter into the port.
In combination with E the position clamp F1
can but must not be used depending to the
design of the RJ 45 plug.
Pay attention: the connector latch has to point
downwards (opposite direction of RJ45 lettering)
(Pay attention to the guiding key).
(max. torque 3 Nm).
