To find out the serial number and firmware version of the DC load, turn the instrument on.  While the 

 message is displayed, quickly press and hold down the Shift key.  By 

pressing the 

△ and ▽ keys, you will see the following information:

Instrument's capabilities

Serial number

Firmware version

Press the Esc key to return to normal operation of the instrument.
