ON, OFF 

Pause: Inserts a pause at the 
end of the step. When 
paused, the unit will pause 
at the end of the step 
current/voltage/resistance/
power level. The sequence 
can be resumed by pressing 
Next[F2] or by using an 
external trigger signal (page 
147).
