When enabled, TID is compared against the length/type ID of the frame being received (e.g. bytes 13 and 14 in non-VLAN 
and non-SNAP encapsulated frames) and the frame is copied to memory if a match is found.



0: TID is not part of the comparison match.

1: TID is processed for the comparison match.
