“START / STOP / SET”
S3
“SPLIT / RESET / SELECT”
Operation
a) Toggling between the individual modes
Pressing the S1 key enables you to toggle between the individual modes (sequence: Time/
date; stopwatch “CH”; recalling the split or lap time “CALL”; alarm function “A1” and “A2”).
When you press this key, the device displays the abbreviation first (with exception of the time
of day) before the display switches to the actual function. For this purpose, also see chapter
“Functions”.
b) Time and calendar
•  If the stopwatch does not display the time, press the S1 key until the time is shown. For this
purpose, also see chapter “Functions”.
•  To set the time, press and hold down the S2 key until the second display flashes.
•  Using the S2 key you can toggle between the different settings (sequence: seconds, minute,
hour, month, day, day of week, selection of display format of the clock, 12 or 24 hours).
•  With the S3 key you can change the value of the selected setting. The seconds will be reset
to “00” when you press the S3 key.
•  With the S1 key you can exit the setting mode at any time. When you have switched through
all the functions of the setting menu using the S2 key, the setting mode is exited, too. If no
button is pressed for 1 minute, the setting mode shuts off automatically. The current setting
will be saved anyway.
c) Stopwatch “CH”
•  If the stopwatch “CH” is not displayed, press the S1 key until the stopwatch is shown. For this
purpose, also see chapter “Functions”.
•  To toggle between the two modes split time “SP” and lap time “LP”, press and hold down the
S3 key for about 2 seconds. The current mode “SP00” or “LP00” respectively is indicated at
the top of the display.
In the split time mode “SP” the clock runs through entirely. With every timing of the split time,
the current split time is saved. In the menu point “CALL” the split times “SP01” to “SP10” are
displayed. The last split time also represents the total time.
When timing the laps “LP”, the clock is restarted after each split time reading. In the menu
point “CALL” the time of each individual lap “LP01” to “LP10” and the total time is displayed.
