Chapter 4  Voice VLAN Commands 
Voice VLANs are configured specially for voice data stream. By configuring Voice VLANs and 
adding the ports with voice devices attached to voice VLANs, you can perform QoS-related 
configuration for voice data, ensuring the transmission priority of voice data stream and voice 
quality. 
voice vlan   
Description 
The
 voice vlan command is used to enable Voice VLAN function. To disable 
Voice VLAN function, please use
 no voice vlan command. 
Syntax 
voice vlan vlan-id 
no voice vlan   
Parameter 
vlan-id —— Specify IEEE 802.1Q VLAN ID, ranging from 2 to 4094.

Example 
Enable the Voice VLAN function for VLAN 10: 
TL-SG2424(config)# voice vlan 10 
voice vlan aging time 
Description 
The 
voice vlan aging time command is used to set the aging time for a voice 
VLAN. To restore to the default aging time for the Voice VLAN, please use 
no 
voice vlan aging time command.   
Syntax 
voice vlan aging time time 
no voice vlan aging time
