Das Produkt ist zur Montage auf dem Chipsatz eines Mainboards
vorgesehen. 

• Stromversorgung über 3pol. Stecker (mit Drehzahlausgang)
• blau beleuchteter Lüfter
• Spezial-Klebefolie (mit Schutzfolie) bereits auf dem Kühlkörper

aufgeklebt

• Schalten Sie Ihren Computer aus und ziehen Sie den

Netzstecker!

• Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse des Computers, nehmen Sie den

Gehäusedeckel ab.

• Entfernen Sie vorsichtig einen evtl. vorhandenen Kühlkörper vom

Chipsatz.

• Reinigen Sie die Oberfläche des Chipsatz-ICs; z.B. mit einen

weichen, trockenen und sauberen Tuch. Ggf. kann etwas
Spiritus verwendet werden, um Reste der alten Wärmeleitpaste
bzw. -folie zu entfernen.

• Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie des Kühlers ab (Klebefolie nicht

berühren!).

• Setzen Sie den Kühler genau in der Mitte des ICs auf; drücken

Sie ihn für ein paar Sekunden fest auf das IC.

• Schließen Sie den dreipoligen Stecker an einen entsprechenden

Lüfteranschluss des Mainboards.

• Verschließen Sie das Gehäuse Ihres Computers. Danach kann

der Computer wieder mit der Netzspannung verbunden und ein-
geschaltet werden.

The product is designed for mounting on the chipset of a mainbo-
ard. 

• Power supplied via 3-pin plug (with speed output)
• Blue-LED fan
• Special adhesive foil (with protective film) already stuck onto the

cooling element

• Switch off your computer and pull out the mains plug.
• Open the housing of your computer and remove the cover of the

housing.

• Carefully remove any already existing cooling element from the

chipset.

• Clean the surface of the chipset IC, using e.g. a soft, dry, clean

cloth. A small amount of spirit can be used if necessary to remo-
ve remnants of the old thermally-conductive paste or foil.

• Pull the protective film off the cooler (do not disturb the adhesi-

ve foil!).

• Set the cooler precisely in the centre of the ICs; press it firmly

onto the IC for a few seconds.

• Connect the three-pin plug to the corresponding ventilator

connection on the mainboard.

• Then, close the housing of your computer. You can then reconnect

the computer to the mains power supply and switch it on.
