The WrEndPointConfig() command provides sideband write access to the PCI 

configuration space that resides within the processor. PECI originators can access this 

space even before BIOS enumeration of the system busses. The exact listing of 

supported devices, functions and registers for writing is outside the scope of this 

document. Refer to the appropriate processor specifications for details on registers that 

are accessible through this command.

WrEndPointConfig only supports Endpoint agent Punit (0x4). The registers that can be 

modified are the thermal registers in the following address ranges:

0xB4 - 0xC2
