In order to allow the BMC to get all the traffic, it needs to be aware of the teaming 

event and instruct all ports to receive packets with a destination address matching the 

MAC addresses of all the channels participating in the team. The BMC is made aware of 

the teaming event by the reception of a Link Status Change AEN with the Teaming 

Status bit set. The GbE Interface provides the capability to report Network Interface 

Controller (NIC) teaming (IEEE 802.3ad) status. Additional information about teaming
