This feature enables the PECI host to read the units of time, energy and power used in
the processor and DRAM power control registers for calculating power and timing
parameters. In

• Power Unit field [3:0] = 0011b
• Energy Unit field [12:8] = 10000b
• Time Unit field [19:16] = 1010b
• Energy Unit field [12:8] = 10000b
• Time Unit field [19:16] = 1010b
